  The seller cancelled the order two hours after I won the bid. I asked for clarification and he informed me that he decided to keep the item and give it to his brother instead. Why didn't he cancel the auction before I won it? A buyer is contractually obligated to pay for an item (I did within 2 minutes of winning). Yet the seller can just walk away after the auction is over.

  Working radio as described/pictured. Seller packed the radio very carefully/safely, with cushion material, so it would arrive in good condition and used a strong box.
