  Do not order from this person...Item ordered was a VHS tape...The tape inside was not the tape that was ordered...the cover was but the tape was not the correct tape....Tried to contact seller to correct situation and had no response after much time....Future buyers beware and have no trust in this store!

  The item was poorly packed, was sliding around in the box and could have been damaged. When I attempted to install it I was informed by the Ring App that the chime was registered to the original owner and in order to use it he would have to delete it from his account. I sent an email to him 24 hours ago and have not received a response. If I am not able to install and use it I want to return it for a full refund.
