I was sceptical but wow I'm so pleased with my purchase
You know when you're not 100% sure on whether it'll work or not, so you try not to spend way too much on something and in the hope you score well on your purchase.. Well you'll not be disappointed in this ab wheel... No I don't get commission for writing this review and it's a genuine purchase.. I'm just a stay at home mum thats tum has gone to pot due to kids, a hernia and various ops and thought it was time to sort me out for once instead of everyone else... At slightly mature age, it's never too late to do anything... So I purchased this in the hope that it'll work and I'm pleased I did... To start with it was gentle and slow and not for too long and now I've noticed I can hold it for more, from day one you can feel what it's doing to your tummy muscles and I've noticed a change around the midrift area not a huge amount visually at the moment but I know from clothes I wear that it's changed and I'm feeling much happier in myself that it's making a change... So for £4.99 which I paid it's worth the investment, I'd only recommend one thing is to go onto Youtube and see how to use it correctly, it's not that hard really but you can see that eventually you can most probably extend out further than you started with and hold for much long.. 10 reps monrning and night I've been doing and so pleased so far with my results... Good piece of sturdy equipment...

Lovely Lapel
Such a lovely lapel, and added benefit that donation is made for each badge sold to a charity involved in the care of animals affected by war. Well worth the money and looks awesome.. Highly recommended...

Awesome Chisel Roll - Top Quality
Read reviews on this and really pleased with the roll, gave to hubby for his set which are now in their new home than a the chisel roll someone bought him made from material, this is far superior... Highly recommended
