The picture shows the colours in the pack however when it arrived colours where missing and told they are out of stock and to return for my money back but then I would be out of time for the date I needed this item for and I needed some specific colours as pictured unfortunately couldn’t rectify for me in time or do anything to help. False advertising…

Clearly states in item description.
Colours cannot be guaranteed, however each pack will contain 10 different available colours. So no it is not false advertising, just Buyer not reading description properly

Thsanks for the delivery that arrived on Friday lsst week
I was expecting the ribbon on a cardboard or plastoc spool as picture in the advert
As just loos in bags as it has arrived is a little messy for me to use in my shop
Image within any advert says 10000 words
so if you do not supply your ribbon orders on a spool then do not picture your ribbon product on a spool
Like selling a car pictured with alloy wheels and whe deliverd has steel wheels with clip on covers
