Definitely recommend this stuff!

Bought this for my deadlift as my hands were slipping on around rep 4/5 which was really getting in the way of my set. A little smidge of this stuff is enough to get your hands chalky and rough. Really helped and was able to get to 6 reps with ease. Really recommend this stuff. Doesn’t compromise grip strength like wraps may do. I also now pop a bit on before shoulders and chest because it’s a nicer grip.
