Weak
1 of 1 found this helpful I expected a foam equivalent to what utility companies use, but this stuff although easy to use. It doesn’t secure fence posts like my other concrete ones. I installed some 50 posts. 30 with the foam and other 20 with one 80lb sack of concrete. For 40% cost of foam, I’ll stick with concrete in the future
