18 years on EBay & finally a negative FB from a lady that I stated no returns , after her buyers remorse, threw a fit & embellished her statement, & I could not defend myself , EBay CS said I could not have this removed, I do take pride in my customer service & want everyone happy, unfortunately you cannot please everyone 🤦🏻♀️ Thanks 😊
