  As per the item listing I thought I was getting a good deal so I ordered twice the amount. When recieving the order only half of it was there. I asked the seller if there had been a mistake. They replied "our listing was wrong" (falsely advertised) "I've changed it now,thanks" I received no refund or discount or any good will gesture. Really disappointed and feel it was dealt with really poorly.

  Item was ordered at the beginning of the month and supposedly dispatched a few days later, with expected delivery on August 5. It’s now the 27th of the month with no item arrived. I contacted the seller on August 17 and have had no reply. Shocking service and since no tracking was provided I can’t even confirm it was actually shipped to me.
