Exact replacement
The item arrived quickly, although the delivery company crushed the box and it was questionable what the condition of the item would be. Luckily the item was wrapped enough and had enough room to avoid damage from the crushed box. Once unboxed, early inspection showed that the motherboard had come from a computer that either saw water damage or was sitting in a damp location as there was dirt and corrosion on various parts of the circuit boards. For the price, I did not expect brand new and having a background in electronics repair, I had circuit board cleaner on hand. I carefully cleaned and inspected the circuit boards. Everything looked good so I installed it in the laptop. The laptop started and after configuring the BIOS, the computer started as expected and has been running fine for over a week.
