Good colourful picture book, full of different types of trucks.
I bought this for my 17 month old son, who is truck mad & loves it! I think it would probably be good for up to around age 6. It has european trucks instead of american ones so trucks that are seen on british roads. It is a picture activity book rather than a story book, with matching and naming games for the older kids. All round a good colourful book with a mass of different trucks in it!

It really works!
1 of 1 found this helpful I read through and used this book for my 3rd birth and what a difference it made! My baby was 7 weeks early so I didn't manage to do half the things advised and it still made a huge difference.
The book teaches you to be more confident and take control of your birth, through talking about the options you have and by teaching meditation and relaxation. It puts you in a mindset where birth isn't a scary, horrible, painful experience but an amazing experience where you bring life into the world.
There really is nothing to loose by giving hypnobirthing a go, and the book is so much cheaper than lessons!
