Just an expensive shampoo, no colour effect.
Just an expensive shampoo, which smells nice and leaves hair soft and silky, but NO COLOUR EFFECT WHATSOEVER on the few grey hairs I was hoping to colour. I cannot recommend this product at all, it did nothing despite leaving it on for 2 hours.

Soothes chronic neck pain.
Very easy to use and effective for soothing chronic neck pain. No wires plugs or mess. I have tried and rejected a number of similar purpose products which were more expensive, all were either hard and uncomfortable with fiddly wires, single use & one filled with gel which burst in the microwave. This one is by far the best. Also looks nice, not like a medical device. Did smell a bit chemical when first heated but this quickly dissipated and not an issue since. I really rate this product. It seems durable like it will last a long time.
