Very disappointing - assembling and dissembling not good design.

I found this a most disappointing product. The seller was lovely and let me return it. I found it to be clunky to put together; to press button to let pipes down etc. was actually quite uncomfortable to do. It required quite a lot of finger pressure to get the button to release the tubes. I bought it for my mum who has slight arthritis in her fingers and so it was definitely a no go for her. I thought about keep it for myself but decided against it as I was not impressed with its ease of use. I would not recommend this product at all. Hoovering is not exactly fun and this product made it a struggle to assemble and disassemble. I bought another type of canister hoover which is simple and easy to put together and take apart.
