Plastic carabiners
These clips are just about adequate. There is a slight problem for me in that the clasp is not particularly effective and I sometimes find the clip remains open without springing back into place. This leaves the possibility of things falling off.

Inexpensive but not great quality
2 of 2 found this helpful The mouse mat is thicker than normal mats. It would feel better at 3mm thick instead of 5mm.
The material on the top of the mat feels quite cheap. Almost a nylon-type feel. Took me a little while to work out which way up was best for it.
The mat is a very large size, 22 x 25 cms, which I like.
The mat is very inexpensive and that is it's redeeming feature. But in future I will spend a bit more to get better quality.
