I suffer from fybromyalgia and get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders and I find these do a excellent job of relieving it . I simply apply to pressure points and no need to worry about changing them for 5 days I bathe and shower and they stay stuck to your skin unlike other brands I've used in past .! I really couldn't do without them now ! I have ran out in the past and the pain as come back . Can't say if they will work for everyone but they work for me so I would say give it a go .βΊ
