    Hedge trimmer was described as new. However the item delivered was in a badly damaged box and the trimmer was just loose in the box with no protection. The instructions were turned down on the corner at the English section. I believe the item was a returned item rather than new. Contacted the supplier but they failed to respond. I could have bought a returned used item s lot cheaper from another ebay company. Buyer beware with this supplier.
