    Arrived damaged, who posts a delicate item such as a helmet via Evri uninsured. Seller then instead of allowing a return decided I damaged the helmet🫣 eBay then stepped in and provided a return slip thankfully. A word of advice avoid!

    This is disputed. The initial message from the seller said " Hi delivered but arrived damaged, not your fault it was well packaged". Knowing how well I had packaged this helmet (Multiple rolls of bubble wrap, surrounded on all sides by rolls of thick cardboard and snuggly packaged in a very clearly FRAGILE labelled box) I asked to see evidence that the packaging was damaged as it would have taken a significant single point blow to crack the helmet vent cover as it was. The buyer refused.

    Once again the seller is talking rubbish, I provided full images of all sides of the packaging via eBay, he then decided to not reply for 5 days until such times eBay had to step in and force a return. Again avoid I honestly think this seller believes their own lies.
