Easy concise book.
Love this book. Unlike most slimming books it is straight to the point. You do not have to read mountains of information that is repetitive. Simple instructions that are to the point. Great descriptions. Well laid out. Easy to understand and navigate.
I love the ideas for menus and the way the 2 days and 5 days are separated. I am starting this tomorrow as I'm sure I'll be able to stick to this even through Christmas.
