Packed with useful ideas with useful & relevant exercises to do too!
I had heard about debtors anonymous and when researching further I discovered that an offshoot was underearners anonymous. It appears there are very few books written specifically about this issue & this one by Barbara Stanny (ex Huson) goes into this issue in great detail & offers an approach that doesn't require ongoing involvement in a 12-Step Programme.
It's actually a work book too, since there are quite a few exercises to do & questions to reflect upon so I'm sure others would find it useful too, either for their own benefit, or if they are therapists looking to understand more about this issue.

Great VFM & definitely worth buying a 4 pk rather than a 2 pk as they will fit many makes too.
Great value for money & buying a pk of 4 is sensible too, in case another one breaks. Also, when you're fitting the plastic piece the spring clip is fiddly to fit & so if one springs off the pin and falls down into the bottom of the door, you've got 3 more to have a go with!
For the Saab 9-3 it's quite possible to fit these without removing the window glass or winder mechanism & I found that although the mechanism wasn't perfectly 'straight' when I completed the job, one wind up & down of the window and it reset itself to the right level.
Definitely worth getting a 4 pk & as my car had done 198k by the time one broke I'm sure these will last the (remaining) life of any car they're fitted in

Buy two copies - one to give as a gift and another to keep for yourself - you WON'T regret it
Great value for money - tons of useful data on maths, science and more.
Superb as a gift and for adults or children too.
Much more modern and interesting than the boring, table-driven version I have from another company
