Wafer-thin soles on beautiful boots
I love the look of these boots and the synthetic uppers don't look cheap BUT the soles wore out before the heels had started to show much wear. I only wore the boots to work and I drive there, so I wasn't pounding the pavements in them, but one lunchtime, in the rain, I discovered the large worn-through hole in one of the soles (and the start of a hole in the other) when my feet started to feel the rain soaking through from my sole. Pity I hadn't noticed this before I'd bought a second pair (because I liked the look of the first pair so much when they first arrived). I've put replacement stick-on soles on them and so they should last for ages now. I can't really complain at the price BUT ...

The best plastic clothes pegs that I know of
The best plastic clothes pegs I've ever bought and I've tried all sorts and brands. They are strong and the plastic doesn't go brittle like cheap plastic pegs. The design has been changed a bit since I originally bought them - I bought 48 more recently and now the pegs REALLY grip the washing line so they're better than ever. Nice and chunky, so they're easy to handle and use. Don't hesitate to buy these - you won't be disappointed.
