PharMeDoc Foam Roller – Firm Muscle Massage - Home Gym Exercise & Pilates

Very solid construction/well made.

This foam roller is excellent. I wanted one that wasn't purely foam (too soft) so I looked for one that was very stiff to really work into the body. I probably looked at ten different foam rollers, but decided this was the one. I'm in my mid 30s and an avid runner since college. The down side is I don't recover as fast as I used to, but with this foam roller it helps me get back onto the road for another training session faster. I may be wrong, but it seems like the divots in the foam roller line up with your vertebrae (it feels like it when using it on your back which is great).

Works superbly!

What a great invention! Was thinking of getting a lower priced one, but decided to pay just a few dollars more for a genuine Microsoft one. If you're an avid PC gamer and have a XBox 360 controller, this is a must have.

Good bang for your buck!

I used to have a fantastic Energizer speed charger (15 min.), but those are hard to come by now and very expensive now. I opted for this one because it was a great price. This is a slow charger and will take quite a few hours to charge your batteries. It has a nice indicator light to show they are charging and when they are fully charged. My only minor complaint is you have to charge 2 or 4 batteries at a time. You can't charge just a single battery.
