Buy with confidence
I have two of these now and I purchased this second one because I had one already as well as two of another brand. The other brand did not hold up - both developed multiple hairline cracks for no apparent reason. However, this brand has held up perfectly for several years now.

Multi-use
This is advertised for tanning but I purchased for body lotion application.
It is long enough to reach as needed but folds in half for easy storage and is much more attractive than most other application wands. If the sponge pads hold up and stay in place, I'm going to be very happy with this purchase!

Good AND Not So Good
I really like the smaller footprint size but for this stool this translates into a less sturdy feeling seat. The wood seat is really, really rough around the edges - it feels like spinters. Overall I'm glad I made the purchase but this product comes with it's share of compromises.
