I bought a "like new" crane for a christmas present, and the seller sent me a crane that was broken and busted in multiple places. The shipping box even had the word "broken" written on it, but they still sent it to me. When I complained to the seller, they gaslighted me by telling me that I bought a used crane! The listing said, LIKE NEW and even if it hadnt, the crane they sent was completely broken! Bad Business!!!

The engine arrived really quickly, within a week. The packaging was a little lacking and there was some damage from shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful in resolving that for me. I fired it up a couple days after I got it and ran it for 10 minutes or so. I'm really happy with it. the included wiring harness for the electric start was nice. All you need is a battery and some oil and diesel to get going. I'd buy more.

Part looks good, price very good. But delivery was very poor. When ordered was told will be delivered on Jan. 13, 2024. That night got message, delayed New date 01/18/24 no reason. Come to find out was sent by UPS that took a extra 5 days, then was dropped off at USPS for delivery. Not good on shipping. Car was apart. Owner very mad.
