Little on the heavy side to carry and sling will not stay attached

Pain in a$$ tightening bolts after assembled and winch in place !
If there was some "trick" as to how one was suppose to be able to tighten bolts with every thing in place it was left out of the instructions. I spent hours getting all the bolts tightened. Hope I never have to replace the winch. If ithat occurs will probably use cutting torch to get off !
