  TERRIBLE SELLER: FRAUD! He falsely advertised hubcap (total cost $381) as "new" "undamaged" but it is NOT; there are many large scratches. I immediately wrote w/photos but he just made crazy excuses; it's fraud or incompetence or both. I got 2 repair estimates, but seller refused to take responsibility or give a partial refund to pay for repairs. I even called him but he just made excuse after excuse and still didn't care. I filed an eBay dispute but it's been a big waste of time and energy.

  This buyer has some serious anger issues. He is getting a full refund on an item I listed as a "no return" item. If you look at his feedback you will see that this is a common theme for him.......buying items and finding "flaws".......wanting money to fix the flaw or he will leave negative feedback. Avoid this buyer at all costs, if he bids on your item cancel his bid........hes an angry man.
