Awful product
0 of 1 found this helpful I followed the directions for the Ideal Protein Chocolatey Carmel Mug Cake Mix and it did not rise at all. Some people suggested other methods but that didn't help and the taste was awful. Wasted my money on this product. I'll stick to the orange wafers (even though they are restricted) but will not buy this again!
