Who needs huge video cameras and huge lighting units - unless you are Speilberg this is just the job!

Great value, great product, but there is just one tiny catch, so to speak!
1 of 1 found this helpful Great value for money, great product . . . but a design fault with the push button unit lets it down.
Inside the top and bottom of the back plate there is a very tiny plastic catch.
The catch at the bottom is slightly firmer and stronger than the top catch.
So when I clicked them together, after checking the battery inside was OK, I noticed that the top catch failed to secure.
The top catch had fallen out somewhere onto the ground and even if found, how could I re-attach it?
Anyway the only solution was to put a piece of blue tack at the top to hold it all together, I could have used super glue, but then I would not be able to open it to replace the battery.
I believe the tiny top catch is design fault of manufacturers Swann, and obviously not the fault of the seller.
I think the most appropriate description would be that the top catch is not fit for purpose!
I would like to supply a photograph to enable you to see exactly what I am moaning about, but you do not have that option.
Apart from that its a great chime - but I do hope Swann go back to the drawing board and strengthen the top catch!
