  I offered a full refund/return via Ebay. I can't verify if he lost/manipulated/modified this item. He wanted a partial refund and to keep the item. I offered $20 he wanted $100. I felt this was too much and figured the return was best choice. He claimed I owed him international shipping fees/tarrifs or etc...I unfortunately have nothing to do with these fees. He didn't get his way and exploded emotionally over toys and said some strong words. The language barrier was also difficult. Tristan F U.
