  Received the TiVo Roamio OTA via UPS Ground in just 5 days. Unit was exactly as described and in excellent and clean condition in its original manufacturer's carton with all accompanying accessories. Seller upgraded unit with a 1TB HDD (from the original 500GB HDD, also included) and supplied a new HDMI cable, new TiVo remote, and fresh batteries. Very much appreciated the seller's communication and knowledge and helpfulness in transferring ownership of the TiVo lifetime service. Thank you!!

  I had a great experience working with this seller. This product comes with a lifetime service that needs to be transferred with change in ownership. He contacted me shortly after the purchase to explain the process and to coordinate the change with TiVo. He answered all of my questions and the product came as advertised. He seems to be not only very experienced with the TiVo products, but also an experienced seller, as he provided excellent customer service and just knew what was important.
