Waste of money.
2 of 2 found this helpful I tried to make backup to this 256 gb memorychip several times, noticed it was formatted as fat 32, reformatted to exfat, tried again to make backup, checked the chip with chkdsk, tried to play music with winamp, opening archives with winrar, only got errors.
Reformatting to NTFS, making new backups, recopying files to the chip, ie mp3 & a few archives, still got errors, mp3's cant play, tried chkdsk again still got errors.
Reformating with slow format, again copied some mp3's and archives, chkdsk again, tried to play mp3's & opening archives got errors..
Ofcourse my mp3's plays well on my regular media, and archives opens as they should..
Anyways the postage back to the retailers costs just about the same as the chips so for me its a waste returning, what can I do?
Btw i I bought 2 of these, same deal for both. unplayable mp3's & faulty zip & rar archives after i copied files to them.
For me this was 300 NOK (100 nok for each plus 100 nok for postage)... waste of money.
