  Less than 20 minutes after payment, the seller cancelled the purchase claiming the item was out of stock. When I inquired they said they were unable to locate the item which they had just listed that day. Obviously not truthful as they had just listed the item and clearly didn't look for the book. Not sure if they had seller's regret or what but they are 100% dishonest and I recommend avoiding such seller. F- Ebay seller.

  A full refund was given after the product was accidentally lost. This is a rare occurrence but happens. We don't know why this buyer gets offended after an honest explanation, an apology, and a full refund. Our hundreds of positives reviews are proof of our quality service with civil and amicable customers who don't make false claims of dishonesty or hold grudges because things don't always go their own way.
