Nice adapter
If you have a b&w and want to pull a fifth wheel without getting their ridiculously expensive hitch it's perfect. As for me, I bought a used truck with the gooseneck already installed and already had a Reese hitch.
I like the fact I'll no longer have rails bolted to the bed which will aid with loading; especially with a fork lift.
Also, it doesn't shuck back and forth as I had feared-- very solid. Only slight issue needing to file a bit of powder coat from the pin holes on the rails where the hitch mounts.
