NEW Pentair Kreepy Krauly Inground Automatic Swimming Pool Cleaner 360048

Holes in hoses

The Kreepy Krauly had a 40 feet of hose that came with it. Of the 12 hoses that connected together to create this 40 foot hose 2 of them had slashes in them. I called Specialty Pool Products the day after I received the products and told them the problem. They told me someone that is knowledgeable about this product would call me back but that I should call the manufacture (Pentar) and let them know about this. I have never heard back from Specilty Pool Products and it took 3 calls to Pentair, with a 20 to 30 minute wait each time before they finally resolved the issue. They sent me a new box of hoses. It seems like Specialty Pool Products should have dealt with Pentar and honored their responsibility. I like the Kreepy Krauly but do not recommend purchasing it from Specialty Pool Products.
