During shipping it seemed to no longer be known where the package was. Contacted Cross Country Wireless about this and the problem was resolved the same day. A few days later the package was delivered to my home in good order. Contact with Cross Country Wireless was good, fast and clear. And also very important, the VHF/UHF Multicoupler works perfectly. All-in-all I am very satisfied!

Perfect for an amateur radio base station...
I'm using this on a desk mount for use with an amateur radio transceiver. I've added a 0.1 uF capacitor in the cable in series with the microphone to give some pre-emphasis to the sound. I'm using a separate foot switch to key the transmitter. On air reports have been excellent and I recommend this microphone for this use. For the price it's a high quality microphone far better than some of the over-priced microphones sold on the amateur radio market.

A Canon classic
I already have a Canon DSLR but I wanted a smaller cheap camera with all the advanced settings for my workshop. The Canon PowerShot G6 is ideal for the job as it has all the features and an excellent lens. I use it on a tripod with the ISO set to the minimum of 100 for excellent sharp photos. 7 MP is ideal for taking photos for the website or customers as you usually have to scale them down for email. I recommend this camera especially at the price they are going for now. If you already have a DSLR it's worth buying one as a spare to keep in the camera bag.
