  Item arrived on time, undamaged. Packaging was minimal, but the laptop survived the trip. The only damage was the usual from rough handling by previous owners. The Win 10 install was old and needed many updates. The OS got corrupted during the updates, ended up doing a clean install. I usually do that on used machines anyway, no biggy running fine now. The seller was unable to answer tech questions, but did answer my message. I got exactly what I expected and I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks. :D
