Zero communication - tried to cancel - useless exercise
I ordered the part, being quoted several weeks lead time from hong Kong (which is fine) however within one hour of ordering I tried to cancel (I didn’t need it). NONE of my emails were answered and the carb eventually turned up. I’m sure they could’ve cancelled but simply didn’t want to and just ignored all my emails. Ah well.
