It's great.
I added the barn to my whole wheat bread recipe and it turned out great. I couldn't even tell that the recipe was half bran and half flour.

Very healthy pads.
1 of 1 found this helpful The pads are big and healthy. There are almost no blemishes. I am looking forward to them taking root and blooming. A word of caution though, they can not withstand sub freezing temperatures. I bought seven last year and lost them all. If you live where the temperature will be dropping below 32 ° for any length of time plan to winter them over indoors.
