Works okay but not straight out of the box

This arrived, well packaged for a tiny product and quickly inserted into my PC. Unfortunately it was unable to use the old driver I had installed for the genuine Logitech device. Windows 7 informed my it was installing new drivers and, as always, after reporting my device was ready to use, it still didn't work! I then spent 40 mins searching the internet for a compatible device driver, installing each and then deleting it and trying another one. Eventually I found one that worked beautifully and my trackerball works fine. So, if you're one of the lucky ones where your product works fine straight out of the box..... that's fine, but if you're unlucky, like me, do some searching around for a different device driver. Just don't assume it doesn't work and consign it the the waste bin!

Versatile tool

Bought this specifically for unhooking pike. Not sure if using it for this purpose but it unhooks fish quickly and safely without harm to either the fish or my fingers! I can highly recommend this tool for this purpose.
