Additional Cable Needed to Make it Worth the Purchase
This radio gets 4 stars ONLY because I also purchased a programming cable to use with CHIRP to program it. If it weren't for the cable, this would be a 2 star review. The radio is virtually unprogrammable manually. The reason it isn't a 5 star review is because the cable (the legit ones not the cheaper knock offs that don't work) adds another $24 to the radio price. All-in-all though, I am glad I purchased it.
Favorite feature? The battery life. It is phenomenal
