What a load of rubbish

I bought this item as a Christmas present to myself. I have only just got around to setting it up. Having install all the software as supplied the machine fails to work. It fails to home itself and the earth wiring is dangerous. All it does is make a horrible grunting noise and the laser head moves around at random. I Don't know whats wrong with it. but don't waste your money!
