Good magnification and clear, but narrow field of view
These are much better than competing products. The optics is good, even though they are plastic, and the mechanism is easy to use and focus.
The field of view is larger than competitors, but still too narrow for my 30" TV.
They would work really nicely as a light pair of wearable theatre or opera glasses.

Better than I imagined
I hoped that this would work, but didn't expect it to work so well.
The panels at the front have the hyperkewl properties, so only these need to be wetted. The water doesn't penetrate the inner side of them, though your hair may get damp. And the inside of the cap really does cool.
The front peak also evaporates to add extra cooling around the face, though this doesn't work so well because the coolness isn't so close to your skin.
I tried it indoors to start with, but soon took it off because my head got too cold!
