I bought this for my partner but it wasn...

I bought this for my partner but it wasn't suitable for his needs, it came from the UK but when I tried to return it under the return policy they expected me to send it to China, avoid if you are not sure, eBay wouldn't get involved, it would have cost me nearly £100 postage , now I'm left with something that's of no use.
