2 of 2 found this helpful The short of it: The yeast works great but is temperature sensitive and will need good temperature control.
The long: Instructions state to ferment between 20 and 25c. I found my batch stuck when fermententing at the mid to lower end of that range. Raising the temperature to the higher end of the range allowed the fermentation to complete.
You absolutely need some cooling for this yeast for batches bigger than 25L. When going over 100L a sturdy glycol or equivalent liquid cooling system is a must as it'll cook itself in just a few hours without it.
