    The experience I had with this seller was excellent.... They responded to my queries promptly. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Thep only thing that was a letdown was the item itself. The description from the manufacturer (not the seller) did not match the functionality. The rotisserie function is too small for anything other than a small chicken. Also, the timer cannot be set for more than 60 mins or less than 5. I've returned it for a refund. Ratings are for the seller not the item.

    Superb seller! The condition of this product is even better than described, for a third of the regular retail price, so I can't recommend it enough. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I can't fault it. There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery, as I was initially given the wrong tracking number, but communication with the seller was great and they provided me with the correct tracking number very quickly.

    Excellent. This was an amazing value cleaner that arrived within a couple of days of ordering and in 'like new' condition as described. The model that arrived isn't quite the one I was expecting, but I actually prefer it. I ordered a 'Rapid Power Revive' but received a 'Platinum Power Max Pet Design'. They look pretty much identical and have similar features but after comparing them I prefer the Pet Design model. Great communication and excellent service. A highly recommended seller. A+
