  My 1st lighter did not arrive, contact made with seller a couple of days after it had been due, he told me that he had to wait 7 days, before he could chase the carrier up about it, but told me that he couldn't send out a replacement till then too. He did send me a replacement which I got within 2 days of it been sent, very impressed with the seller's response throughout. 5 star service & thank you very much.
