Seem genuine and work well
My wife says they seem to work perfectly, and at a much lower price than she expected. She is pleased with the quality.

For £9.89 for 4 pairs they're acceptable.
Yes they do what they are expected to do, just. Heavy Duty they are NOT. Well finished and smooth clean lines, but a little too flexible to hold a row of books upright without some serious rearranging. Adequate but Heavy Duty is 'slightly' exaggerating. But for £9.89 for four pairs they are OK!

Only time will tell.
For the price this product fits our stacking metal chairs really well. Only time will tell as to its durability, but so far doing well.
