Useful Gastronorm sized rack
This is a sturdy, well made product, fits perfectly to the Gastronorm pan edge and raises the food about 10mm from the base of the pan. It is made from easy to clean stainless steel with a tight mesh top to stop your items falling through. These are ideal to keep the contents away from the base of the pan allowing you to use a standard Gastronorm whilst permitting airflow around your food, and for the item to drain should it be oily or wet.
