Seller said happened in transit, therefore, not packed properly. Doesn't explain the page sellotaped, when described in excellent condition. Accepted £5 refund. However, seller asked for my bank details and can't understand why it's wrong to request this information ? Oh Dear! Poor experience all round. On the plus side, all the bits were there.

Great thick branch cutting
Great product ratchet allows cutting of big branches easily however this product really is for bigger branches as ratchet is annoying when you do not need it.
