  Item arrived fine, packaged very well. Seller was very helpful in answering all my questions and very responsive. However, when it came, there was something broken which I wasn’t expecting. Wasn’t clearly stated in item description unfortunately- if it was- I wouldn’t have purchased. However, seller was very helpful in sorting out the return & refund for the item, as per my wishes.

  I am disappointed in the neutral feedback as this affects my ratings. I did all I could to help with this purchase and the listing contained lots of photos and an honest description. Unfortunately I had not noticed the small part missing and it was only when you told me about it that I looked at the photos and saw it. I accepted your £10 reduced offer, answered your numerous questions and when you told me about the fault I did a return straight away and immediately refunded you on it’s return
