Great Monitor / Not Perfect
1 of 1 found this helpful This is really a great Monitor. There were no dead pixels and the base is sturdy. Those with comments on the base not being sturdy. Move the monitor from a rocking chair to a desk. There were favorable reviews on the net along with a complete and dedicated forum to Xstar /Qnix which are the same. The Dual Link DVI only connection can be overclocked. The DVI only version of this and the Qnix are the only ones to have. The multi connection monitors aren't known to be overclockable and should be over looked. Only thing I can't get to work is the audio and brightness buttons on the front. Also there is some noticeable light bleed on the panel. These 2 problems are why the monitor us great and not perfect. The website has fixes for the light bleed and other problems but not bad enough to warrant a fix yet. Also if going to order either companies version of these monitors. Purchase the Pixel Perfect versions because it's less of a gamble. You do not want to add cost of shipping it back so pay the extra for the pixel perfect monitor. Enjoy your monitor as I sure do.
