Don't bother was no help.
Don't bother with this the receipes are awful and you'd be better off getting the Fast 800 Diet instead.

The best Omega 3 high strength capsules
I buy 365 of these capsules every year, the price is fair and the quality is excellent. I bought cheaper ones once and ended up throwing the lot away as they gave off a horrible fishy smell, so don't get fooled by cheaper imitations, it's just not worth it. C Vits are the best !
